Bee Executive was founded by Rachel Aris with one simple belief: the organisations changing the world, deserve exceptional operational support behind the scenes.
After beginning her career as a fashion buyer, Rachel built a successful business supporting organisations with executive and admin services. Over the years, she worked alongside business owners, founders, campaign leaders and charity CEOs, helping them manage the day-to-day demands that often prevent them from focusing on their mission.
It was through her work with an animal and wildlife charity that Rachel discovered where her passion truly belonged.
She saw dedicated teams working tirelessly to protect animals & wildlife, influence policy, raise vital funds and create lasting change, but many were held back by limited capacity, overstretched resources and the constant pressure of juggling operations, campaigns and administration.
Rachel realised these organisations didn't simply need another virtual assistant. They needed an experienced operational partner who could strengthen the foundations of their charity, streamline processes, manage complex projects and help turn ambitious campaigns into meaningful impact.
That's why Bee Executive evolved into a specialist Charity Operations & Campaign Support agency.
